Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the limited nature of our drops and curated collections, we have established the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Any return requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
• Unworn and unwashed.
• Free of any scents, makeup stains, or deodorant marks.
• Original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
The Process
How to Start a Return
1. Email Us: Contact our team at sacredsaudade@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
3. Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Returns: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Store Credit: We also offer the option of store credit if you’d like to wait for a future drop.
International Returns
For our international community, please be aware that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customs fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from your final refund.
Exchanges
Due to high demand and limited stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sacredsaudade@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs for any mistakes made on our end.
