At Sacred Saudade, every piece is handled with intention. We ship worldwide to our global community, ensuring your curated essentials reach you wherever you are.

Processing Times

Standard Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Drops & Pre-orders: During high-volume collection launches or for pre-order items, processing may take longer. Please refer to the specific timeframe noted on the product page.

• Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or French public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

France (Domestic): 2–4 business days.

European Union: 3–7 business days.

International (USA, UAE, Asia, etc.): 5–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international muses, please be aware of the following:

Sacred Saudade is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit/refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Sacred Saudade is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we ensure every package leaves our hands in perfect condition, Sacred Saudade is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We highly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking to ensure a secure delivery.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Sacred Saudade, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
